Personal training is geared towards whatever your goals are. All goals can very between wanting to lose a large amount of weight, small amount of weight, gaining strength, toning up, running a race, or even just functional movements and feeling better!! Each session will last an hour-long meeting at a gym or I can travel to your home!

PRE/POSTNATAL TRAINING
Donielle also offers pre/postnatal training. She will help give you the best and safest exercise and nutrition guidance during pregnancy to help support you and your baby during this time.
